Halloween Spirits

Are you looking for a way to make your bar look a little more scary for your Halloween party? Instead of sticking those silly scary labels to any old bottle just do what I do and go wander the aisles of your local big liquor store. If you don’t know this already you’d be amazed at the amount of scary themed liquors available out there especially this time of year. Everything from wine to tequila to vodka has scary themed brands available. a lot of them in fun bottles too. My favorite is the Vampyre Red Vodka. It just makes every vodka drink extra spooky. Find it here.

Crawling Body in Cemetery

I can’t believe that I never thought of this idea before! I’m always looking for something new to add to our Halloween decor. Of course we do the obligatory cemetery in out front yard, but I never thought of adding a crawling body trying to escape the horrors of our cemetery. Just brilliant and I am so stealing this!

Brain Hemorrhage Shot

Are you looking for a new signature shot for your Halloween party? I found this one a few years ago and it has become a big favorite at our party. It’s the Brain Hemorrhage. It looks disgusting and is super easy. Here’s the recipe:

Brain Hemorrhage

3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

Very gently float 1 1/2 Tbsp. Baileys on top

Carefully drop in approx. 1 tsp of grenadine through the Baileys

Spellbook Cookie Jar

I absolutely love this cookie/treat jar. I’ve looked for a good one for a long time, but stuff like this is only available during Halloween. Am I the only person that wants this stuff available all the time? ┬áThis will proudly be taking up space on my counter year round. Buy yours before they disappear for the next year here.

Castle Dragon Iron Wall Sconce

I can think of so many places in my house where these sconces would look incredible, but I guess a house full of these might be kind of strange. Of course strange is my middle name, so why not. I love these! Buy yours here.

Painted Pet Costume

Instead of making your dog or cat sit still why you try to put them in a costume now you can spray paint one on. You can now buy a special spray paint that is completely safe and non-toxic and turn your pet into almost anything you want. It washes right off. Your only limitation is your imagination. Here’s a dog that was made to look like a skeleton. I’d probably try to make a zombie, but that’s just me. Buy the paint here.
