The ball is not glass and is some form of acrylic. He knocked it over and one of the talons broke off and the ball broke into pieces. The pyramid collection told him he needed to ship it back. So he did. He requested a full refund. Instead they made him pay for the shipping to his house and to ship it back to them so he did not end up with much money and lost on it.
